The Role
What You Will Do
Reimbursement Support
Accurate MDS coding and documentation to support appropriate PDPM reimbursement and regulatory compliance.
Care Planning & Interdisciplinary Coordination
Develop individualized care plans while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to support quality resident care.
Who We Are Looking For
Requirements
Active License
Hold a current PRC or U.S. nursing license in good standing. All licenses are verified during the hiring process.
Strong English Skills
Clear written and spoken English for effective communication with U.S. clinical teams.
Work Schedule
Fixed or flexible shifts available, depending on the account. Reliable internet and a dedicated workspace are required.
MDS, chart audit, or U.S. healthcare experience is an advantage, but it is not required. We train on the RAI manual, PDPM, and current CMS requirements.
